Google Chrome Gamepad Uninitialized Use Vulnerability Allowing Sandbox Escape on Mac

A vulnerability allowing uninitialized use in the Gamepad component of Google Chrome on Mac has been identified. This issue, present in versions prior to 148.0.7778.216, could enable a remote attacker who has compromised the renderer process to perform a sandbox escape by using a crafted HTML page.
