Mozilla Firefox and Firefox ESR Use-After-Free Vulnerability in WebIDL Bindings Component

Vulnerability

A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the DOM: Bindings (WebIDL) component of Mozilla Firefox and Firefox ESR. This vulnerability allows for memory corruption, which could potentially be exploited to execute arbitrary code. It affects Firefox versions prior to 151, as well as Firefox ESR versions 115.35 and 140.10.
