Google Chrome Downloads UI Spoofing Vulnerability on Mac

A vulnerability in the Downloads component of Google Chrome for Mac, affecting versions prior to 148.0.7778.168, allowed an attacker to perform UI spoofing. This was achieved by convincing a user to install a malicious extension, which could then manipulate the user interface in a deceptive manner.
