Google Chrome WebCodecs Out of Bounds Read Vulnerability

A high-severity out of bounds read vulnerability has been identified in the WebCodecs component of Google Chrome. This issue affects versions of Chrome prior to 146.0.7680.178. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to perform an out of bounds memory read by exploiting a crafted HTML page.
