Google Chrome WebCodecs Heap Buffer Overflow Vulnerability Allowing Out-of-Bounds Memory Write

A heap buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the WebCodecs component of Google Chrome. This issue affects versions prior to 145.0.7632.159. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to perform out-of-bounds memory writes by exploiting a crafted HTML page.
