Navigate CMS Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in Navigate Content Management System (CMS) versions prior to 2.9.5. The issue arises in the '/blog' endpoint, where user input is not adequately sanitized, allowing for unsafe HTML to be rendered. This flaw could enable remote attackers to execute JavaScript in the context of the victim's browser.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for reflected cross-site scripting, where an attacker can inject malicious scripts that are executed in the context of the user's browser.

Remediation

Users can upgrade to Navigate CMS version 2.9.6 to address this vulnerability.
