Linkit ONE Location Aware Sensor System Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Location Aware Sensor System (LASS) by Linkit ONE, affecting versions through commit f06bd20 (2023-04-26). The vulnerability resides in the PM25.php file, where remote attackers can execute arbitrary JavaScript by injecting malicious code into GET parameters. Exploitation involves crafting a URL with unencoded payloads in the site, city, district, channel, or apikey parameters, which then execute scripts in the browsers of victims who visit the page.

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for reflected cross-site scripting, where an attacker can inject malicious scripts that are executed in the context of the user's browser.
