Frappe Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability in Avatar Comments

A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the Frappe web application framework, affecting versions prior to 16.11.0 and 15.102.0. The issue arises when an attacker uploads a crafted image URL that is then displayed as an avatar. This XSS payload can be triggered for other users through comments on website pages.
