Glory RBG-100 Recycler System Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in Glory RBG-100 recycler systems running the ISPK-08 software component, where multiple system binaries have overly permissive file permissions. Several binaries executed by the root user can be modified or replaced by unprivileged local users. This flaw allows an attacker with local access to alter these binaries to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges, leading to local privilege escalation.

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for local privilege escalation, enabling unprivileged users to execute commands with root privileges.
