GFI MailEssentials AI Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in GFI MailEssentials AI versions prior to 22.4. The issue resides in the Mail Monitoring rule creation endpoint, where an authenticated user can inject HTML or JavaScript into the 'name' field. This input is saved and later displayed in the management interface, enabling script execution in the context of the logged-in user.
