A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Avada (Fusion) Builder plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 3.15.2. The issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, allowing authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary scripts. These scripts execute when an administrator views a page with dynamic user data, such as biographical information.
Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting, where injected scripts are executed in the context of the user viewing the page.
Users can update to Avada (Fusion) Builder version 3.15.3 or later to address this vulnerability.
Our algorithm analyzes dozens of metrics to generate these 8 key vulnerability categories, which are then combined to calculate the overall risk score.
