A vulnerability exists in GitLab CE/EE versions 8.14 prior to 18.7.6, 18.8 prior to 18.8.6, and 18.9 prior to 18.9.2. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated user to gain unauthorized access to confidential issue titles created in public projects under certain circumstances.
