The issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, coupled with a lack of authorization checks in the 'App_Bar_Settings' class constructor. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary scripts into various plugin settings, which are executed when a user visits the admin settings page.
