Arm C1-Pro TLBI+DSB Memory Access Completion Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in Arm C1-Pro versions prior to r1p2-50eac0, where, under certain conditions, a combination of TLBI and DSB instructions may fail to properly complete memory accesses related to Scalable Matrix Extension (SME). This issue can lead to incomplete memory operations, potentially causing errata in memory access handling.

The vulnerability may result in improper completion of memory accesses, particularly those associated with the Scalable Matrix Extension, leading to potential memory access errors or inconsistencies.
