A local privilege escalation vulnerability has been identified in the Discord Client. This issue arises from the discord_rpc module, where the application loads files from an unsecured location. An attacker with the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system can exploit this vulnerability to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected user.
Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for unauthorized privilege escalation, enabling the execution of arbitrary code with elevated rights in the context of the user.
