A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the LatePoint Calendar Booking Plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 5.2.5. The issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the customer profile fields, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary scripts. These scripts are executed when an administrator views the customer's activity history.

Reproduction

To reproduce this vulnerability, an unauthenticated user can inject a script into the customer profile fields. Once the script is injected, it will be executed when an administrator views the customer's activity history.

Remediation

Users are advised to update the LatePoint Calendar Booking Plugin for WordPress to version 5.2.6 or later.
