A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in the ContentMX Content Publisher plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.0.6. The issue arises from inadequate nonce validation in the 'cmx_activate_connection' function, allowing unauthenticated attackers to establish their own ContentMX connections by sending forged requests, provided they can persuade a site administrator to click a link or perform a similar action.
