Trend Micro Apex One (Mac) Origin Validation Error Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

A vulnerability allowing local privilege escalation has been identified in the Trend Micro Apex One (Mac) agent self-protection mechanism. This origin validation error could enable a local attacker to escalate privileges on affected installations. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker must first gain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system.
