Broadcom DX NetOps Spectrum Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

Vulnerability

A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in Broadcom DX NetOps Spectrum versions 24.3.8 and earlier, on both Windows and Linux platforms. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript into users' web sessions via the comparison view page.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for reflected cross-site scripting, where an attacker can inject malicious scripts that are executed in the context of the user's browser session.

Remediation

Users can upgrade to Broadcom DX NetOps Spectrum version 24.3.9 or later to address this vulnerability.
