QantumThemes KenthaRadio Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the QantumThemes KenthaRadio WordPress theme, specifically in versions through 2.2.0. This vulnerability allows for improper neutralization of input during web page generation, which could be exploited to inject malicious scripts that are executed when users visit the affected page.

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for reflected cross-site scripting, where an attacker can inject malicious scripts that are executed in the context of the user's browser.

Remediation

Users are advised to update to a version of the KenthaRadio theme that is later than 2.2.0. Patchstack has also issued a mitigation rule to block attacks targeting this vulnerability.
