GitLab CE/EE Information Disclosure Vulnerability in Runner Endpoints

A vulnerability allowing authenticated users to access administrator-only maintenance notes through runner details has been identified in GitLab Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE). This issue affects all versions from 15.1 prior to 18.1.6, 18.2 prior to 18.2.6, and 18.3 prior to 18.3.2.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive maintenance notes intended for administrators only.

Remediation
