Vivotek IP7137 Information Disclosure Vulnerability via Unauthenticated RTSP Access

Vulnerability

An information disclosure vulnerability has been identified in the Vivotek IP7137 camera, specifically in firmware version 0200a. The issue allows live camera footage to be accessed through the RTSP protocol on port 8554, without requiring authentication. This vulnerability enables unauthorized users with network access to view the camera's feed, potentially compromising user privacy and security. The vendor has not responded to the CNA, and it is possible that all firmware versions are affected. Since the product has reached its End-Of-Life phase, no fix is expected to be released.
