A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Essential Addons for Elementor – Popular Elementor Templates and Widgets plugin for WordPress. This issue affects all versions through 6.1.19 and arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. The vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which are executed when users access the affected pages. The vulnerability is present in the 'Calendar' and 'Business Reviews' Widgets.
Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting, where injected scripts are executed in the context of the user viewing the page.
Users are advised to update the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin to version 6.1.20 or later.
