Google Chrome V8 Type Confusion Vulnerability Allowing Remote Code Execution

A type confusion vulnerability has been identified in the V8 engine of Google Chrome, in versions prior to 137.0.7151.103. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code within a sandboxed environment by using a specially crafted HTML page.

Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to arbitrary code execution within a sandbox.

Remediation

Users can update to Google Chrome version 137.0.7151.103 or later to address this vulnerability.
