Digilent DASYLab Out-of-Bounds Write Vulnerability Allowing Arbitrary Code Execution

An out-of-bounds write vulnerability has been identified in Digilent DASYLab, affecting all versions of the software. This vulnerability arises from improper bounds checking when parsing DSB files, leading to an invalid source address. Exploitation of this vulnerability could allow for arbitrary code execution. To successfully exploit this issue, an attacker must persuade a user to open a specially crafted DSB file.
