WP-Addpub WordPress Plugin SQL Injection Vulnerability

The vulnerability arises from inadequate escaping of user-supplied parameters in the 'wp-addpub' shortcode, allowing authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject additional SQL queries. This exploitation could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information in the database.

Reproduction

To reproduce this vulnerability, an authenticated user with Contributor-level access or higher can use the 'wp-addpub' shortcode, injecting malicious SQL into the 'bannerID', 'zone', or 'filter' parameters. The injected SQL can then be used to extract data from the database, taking advantage of the plugin's SQL query handling.
