OpenSolution QuickCMS Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in OpenSolution QuickCMS version 6.8. This issue arises in the page editor's SEO functionality, where the 'sDescriptionMeta' parameter can be exploited by an administrator with malicious intent. The vulnerability allows the injection of arbitrary HTML and JavaScript, which is executed when the edited page is viewed. By default, administrators cannot add JavaScript to the site.
Impact
Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting, where injected scripts are executed in the context of the user viewing the affected page.
