DevaslanPHP Project Management Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in DevaslanPHP Project Management version 1.2.4. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers to inject malicious JavaScript into the Ticket Name field, which is not properly sanitized. The injected script is stored in the database and executed in the context of the user when they log in and are redirected to the Dashboard.

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting, where injected scripts are executed in the context of the user.

Reproduction

To reproduce this vulnerability, an authenticated user can inject a script payload into the Ticket Name field. Once the ticket is saved, the injected script will execute automatically when a user logs in and is redirected to the Dashboard.
