Android AppOps Service Denial-of-Service Vulnerability Preventing Emergency Calls

Vulnerability

A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in the AppOpsService component of the Android framework. This issue allows a malicious application to exhaust system resources, potentially interfering with the ability to dial emergency services. The vulnerability exists in Android versions 13, 14, 15, and 16. Exploitation does not require additional execution privileges or user interaction.
