Centreon Web Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in Centreon Web versions 24.10.0 prior to 24.10.5, 24.04.0 prior to 24.04.11, 23.10.0 prior to 23.10.22, 23.04.0 prior to 23.04.27, and 22.10.0 prior to 22.10.29. This vulnerability allows a user with elevated privileges to inject malicious scripts by modifying the content of an SVG file during the upload process.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for reflected cross-site scripting, where an attacker can inject malicious scripts that are executed in the context of the user's browser.

Remediation

Users are advised to update to Centreon Web versions 24.10.5, 24.04.11, 23.10.22, or 23.04.27, all of which include cumulative fixes from prior updates.
