Keiyo System PC Time Tracer Incorrect Default Permissions Vulnerability Allowing Arbitrary Code Execution

A vulnerability exists in PC Time Tracer versions prior to 5.2, due to incorrect default file access permissions. This issue allows local authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges on affected Windows systems.
