Halo File Upload Vulnerability Allowing Bypass of File Type Detection

A vulnerability in Halo versions prior to 2.20.13 allows users to bypass file type detection and upload malicious files, including .exe and .html files. The uploaded .html files can exploit stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. This issue has been addressed in version 2.20.13.
