MB Connect Line mbNET.mini Denial-of-Service Vulnerability

Vulnerability

A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in MB connect line mbNET.mini devices running firmware prior to 2.3.3. This vulnerability allows a high-privileged remote attacker to exhaust critical system resources by sending specially crafted POST requests to the send-sms action in rapid succession.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability can lead to a denial-of-service condition, causing critical system resource exhaustion on the affected device.

Remediation

Users are advised to update to the latest version, 2.3.3.
