A critical SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in PHPGurukul's COVID19 Testing Management System version 1.0. The issue arises in the file '/new-user-testing.php', where the 'mobilenumber' argument can be manipulated to execute unauthorized SQL commands. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely, and there are indications that other parameters may also be affected.
Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for SQL injection, which could lead to unauthorized data access, data manipulation, or in some cases, executing administrative operations on the database.
To reproduce this vulnerability, send a request to the '/new-user-testing.php' endpoint with a crafted 'mobilenumber' parameter that includes SQL injection payloads. The server's response should indicate successful exploitation, such as returning database information or application data that should not be accessible.
Our algorithm analyzes dozens of metrics to generate these 8 key vulnerability categories, which are then combined to calculate the overall risk score.
