A SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in the coreActivity: Activity Logging for WordPress plugin, affecting all versions through 2.7. The issue arises from inadequate escaping of user-supplied parameters in the 'order' and 'orderby' fields, allowing authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to inject additional SQL queries. This exploitation could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information within the database.

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for SQL injection, where an attacker can manipulate SQL queries to extract sensitive data from the database.

Remediation
