Zoom Workplace Apps Integer Underflow Vulnerability Leading to Denial-of-Service

Vulnerability

An integer underflow vulnerability has been identified in certain Zoom Workplace applications, including the desktop apps for Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as the iOS app, VDI client for Windows, Zoom Rooms Controller and Client applications across various platforms, and the Zoom Meeting SDK for multiple operating systems. This vulnerability may allow an authenticated user to cause a denial-of-service condition via network access.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability can lead to a denial-of-service condition, causing the application to become unresponsive or unavailable.

Remediation

Users are advised to update to the latest version of the Zoom Workplace App. The updated version can be downloaded from the Zoom Download Center.
