Intrexx Portal Server Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability in Velocity Scripts
Vulnerability
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in Intrexx Portal Server versions 12.x through 12.0.2 and 11.x through 11.9.2. This vulnerability allows the execution of unrequested JavaScript code in HTML, affecting multiple Velocity scripts within the application.
Impact
Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for cross-site scripting, where an attacker can inject malicious scripts that are executed in the context of the user's browser.
Remediation
Users are advised to upgrade to Intrexx version 12.0.3 or 11.9.3.
