GDAL Buffer Overflow Vulnerability Leading to Denial-of-Service

A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in GDAL version 3.10.2. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to cause a denial-of-service by exploiting the OGRSpatialReference::Release function.
