Vulnerability

A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in GitLab Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE) versions 13.2 prior to 18.0.6, 18.1 prior to 18.1.4, and 18.2 prior to 18.2.2. This vulnerability could have allowed authenticated users to disrupt service by sending specially crafted markdown payloads to the Wiki feature.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to a denial-of-service condition, causing disruptions in the availability of the affected GitLab instance.
