A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the Windows Bluetooth Service. This vulnerability allows an authorized attacker to locally elevate privileges. Affected systems include various versions of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, and Windows Server 2025.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an attacker to gain elevated privileges, enabling them to create or delete files under the 'NT AUTHORITY\ LOCAL SERVICE' account.
