Qualcomm Snapdragon Chipsets Display Component Use-After-Free Vulnerability

A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the display component of various chipsets, including those in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform and several other Snapdragon platforms. This vulnerability leads to memory corruption by improperly handling escape commands, which can be exploited under certain conditions.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability causes memory corruption, which can lead to arbitrary code execution or other undefined behavior.

Remediation
