Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in the Emergency SoS application component on Samsung Mobile devices running Android versions 13, 14, 15, and 16, prior to the SMR August 2025 Release 1. This vulnerability allows local attackers to access sensitive information due to improper export of the application component.

Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information.

Remediation

Users can apply the August 2025 Security Maintenance Release to address this vulnerability.
