MediaTek WLAN Heap Overflow Vulnerability Allowing Privilege Escalation

A heap overflow vulnerability has been identified in the WLAN access point driver of certain MediaTek chipsets. This vulnerability arises from an incorrect bounds check, leading to a possible out-of-bounds write.
