Vulnerability
A vulnerability exists in some Edge Orchestrator software for Intel Tiber Edge Platform, prior to version 24.11, due to incorrect execution-assigned permissions. This flaw may allow an authenticated user to escalate privileges through adjacent access.
Impact
Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized privilege escalation.
Remediation
Users are advised to update the Edge Orchestrator software to version 24.11 or later. The update is available for download from the Intel Edge Developer Center.
