Depicter Slider and Popup Builder WordPress Plugin SQL Injection Vulnerability

A SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in the Slider & Popup Builder by Depicter plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 3.6.1. The vulnerability arises from inadequate escaping of user-supplied data in the 's' parameter, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject additional SQL queries. This could be exploited to extract sensitive information from the database.

Reproduction

Remediation

Users are advised to update the Depicter Slider & Popup Builder plugin to version 3.6.2 or later, where this vulnerability has been fixed.
