WordPress Simple User Meta Editor Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Simple User Meta Editor plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.0.0. The issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the user meta value field. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with administrator-level access to inject arbitrary scripts into pages, which are executed when users access the affected pages. The vulnerability is present in multi-site installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
