ObjectPlanet Opinio Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the survey-import feature of ObjectPlanet Opinio version 7.26 prior to 7.27. This vulnerability allows an attacker to inject arbitrary JavaScript code that executes in the browsing context of any visitor accessing the compromised survey.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting, where injected scripts are executed in the context of the user viewing the survey.

Remediation

Users can upgrade to ObjectPlanet Opinio version 7.27 or later, where this vulnerability has been addressed.
