ContentStudio WordPress Plugin Cross-Site Request Forgery Vulnerability

A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability has been identified in the ContentStudio plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.3.7. The issue arises from inadequate nonce validation in the 'add_cstu_settings' function, allowing unauthenticated attackers to alter plugin settings by tricking a site administrator into clicking a link.

Reproduction

To reproduce this vulnerability, an attacker must send a forged request to the 'add_cstu_settings' endpoint, including a valid nonce. This can be done by tricking an administrator into clicking a link that contains the forged request data.
