A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the List Attachments Shortcode plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions up to and including 0.4.1a. The issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, allowing authenticated attackers with Author-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts via the 'before_list' parameter in the [list-attachments] shortcode. These injected scripts are executed when a user accesses the affected page.
