A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Insert Headers and Footers Code – HT Script plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.1.6. The vulnerability arises from inadequate capability checks, allowing authenticated attackers with Author-level access or higher to inject arbitrary scripts into pages. These injected scripts are executed when users access the affected pages.
